Romstal 

Romstal is the market leader in imports and commerce of thermo-, hydro- and electrical equipment, sanitary ware and ceramics. The company was established in 1994 and started developing abroad in 2002. At present, Romstal owns 157 retail units, 120 of which in România, 17 in the Republic of Moldavia, 19 in Ukraine and one in Italy. In 2007, one of the company’s major objectives is the expansion on the growing markets in Bulgaria and Serbia. Romstal is certified ISO 9001 and is a funding member of APICT (Boiler Manufacturers and Importers’ Association). 

Prooptiki Romania 

Prooptiki Romania SRL is the Romanian branch of the Greek media group Audiovisual and the leader of the Romanian home entertainment market, holding the DVD distribution licence for Sony Pictures Home Entertainment, 20th Century Fox Home Entertainment, Metro Goldwyn Mayer, Walt Disney Motion Pictures Studios and Buena Vista Home Entertainment – Disney productions, as well as for BBC video products and a large range of independent movies. Since June 2007 Prooptiki has been the sole Romanian distributor of Sony Pictures productions on Blu-Ray support.
